What is the workspace briefing?
The AI workspace briefing acts as a daily operational check for your event business. Instead of navigating through multiple screens to find outstanding tasks, the briefing reviews your events, registration pace, guest lists, promoter conversations, tables and finance.
It then presents a single headline summary and a prioritised list of actions that need your attention. This helps you focus on urgent issues first before moving to lower-priority suggestions.
This feature is available only on the Organizer Pro plan. If you are on the Free or Core plans, you will see an option to upgrade when viewing the briefing section.
How to generate your briefing
- Log in to your organiser workspace.
- Navigate to your workspace home where the briefing panel is located.
- Click Create briefing or Refresh briefing.
The system will begin a review process that usually takes less than a minute. You will see progress indicators showing which areas are being checked:
- Reviewing events and registration pace
- Checking guests, promoters and conversations
- Checking tables, closeouts and finance
- Preparing your priority briefing
Once complete, the panel displays a headline summarising your current status and a list of priority actions.
Understanding your tasks
Tasks in the briefing are categorised by priority and type. Each task includes a title, a brief detail explaining the context, and a direct link to the relevant page where you can resolve the issue.
Priority levels
- Urgent: Critical issues that require immediate action.
- Other priorities: Important operational items that should be addressed soon but are not critical blockers.
Task categories
Tasks may relate to:
- Events: Registration anomalies or capacity warnings.
- Guests: VIP requests or guest-list exceptions.
- Promoters: Campaign performance reviews or invoice approvals.
- Finance: Outstanding charges or payout reconciliations.
- Tables: Enquiry responses or booking confirmations.
Managing your actions
You can interact with each task directly within the briefing panel:
- Open the task: Click the action link to go directly to the relevant screen and resolve the issue.
- Mark as done: If you have resolved the issue elsewhere or it no longer applies, click the tick icon to mark the task as complete. This removes it from your active list.
- Snooze: If you cannot address the task immediately, click the bell icon to remind yourself tomorrow. The task will reappear in your next briefing.
The briefing distinguishes between priority actions (open or snoozed tasks) and AI suggestions (pending ideas for improvement). Suggestions allow you to proactively optimise your events without being flagged as urgent problems.
Refreshing and updates
The briefing is generated based on the current state of your workspace. While it provides a snapshot of your operations, your data may change after the report is created.
- Manual refresh: Click Refresh briefing at any time to regenerate the report with the latest data.
- Timestamp: The panel displays the time the briefing was last generated in UTC, so you know how current the information is.
If the AI narrative is temporarily unavailable, the system will still perform verified checks and display a "Verified review" status to ensure you see factual operational data even without the generated summary.
Plan requirements
To use the AI workspace briefing, your workspace must be subscribed to Organizer Pro. This plan includes advanced analytics, AI-assisted closeout imports and advanced team roles alongside the briefing feature.
If you attempt to access the briefing on a Core or Free plan, the interface will display a locked state with a prompt to upgrade to Pro.
