How promoting on Crowdstack works

Crowdstack treats promoters as independent promotion suppliers within a global network. You are not an employee of an organiser or of Crowdstack. Organisers purchase managed promotion campaigns from Crowdstack, which then contracts eligible promoters to deliver them. You invoice Crowdstack for your approved work, and Crowdstack pays you through supported business-payment providers.

Getting started

1. Create a free personal account on Crowdstack.
2. Complete your promoter supplier profile with your public identity, contact preferences and service countries.
3. Declare your residence, tax residence and work authorisation status.
4. Provide any required tax identifiers for your location.
5. Accept the current version of the supplier agreement.
6. Add a valid payout destination in your name. Third-party accounts are not accepted.

An organiser may invite you to a specific campaign, but your supplier profile belongs to the wider Crowdstack network, not to that single organiser.

Accepting campaigns

When an organiser enables managed promotion for an event, Crowdstack presents the campaign pricing and service terms.

1. Review the campaign terms presented to you.
2. Accept the individual campaign engagement if you wish to participate.
3. Receive your unique attributable campaign link and identifiers.
4. Share your link with potential guests.

Your link tracks registrations and confirmed attendance specifically attributed to your efforts.

Tracking performance

Your promoter dashboard displays:

• Current active campaigns.
• Attributable registrations and confirmed check-ins.
• Estimated earnings based on verified attendance.
• Amounts currently under review by Crowdstack operations.
• Approved amounts awaiting your invoice.
• Payable amounts ready for payment processing.
• Your payment history.

Registrations and check-ins accumulate as evidence during the event. These figures represent estimated earnings until the event enters closeout review.

Closeout and validation

After an event ends, it enters a defined closeout window:

1. The organiser and Crowdstack operations review exceptions and adjustments.
2. Crowdstack locks the approved performance snapshot.
3. Your earnings transition from estimated to approved status.
4. You receive notification that your invoice is required or that a self-billing document will be issued.

Never present estimated figures as payable earnings. Only locked, approved amounts become invoicable.

Invoicing and payment

Once your earnings are approved:

1. Submit your invoice to Crowdstack for the approved amount, or accept a legally approved self-billing document.
2. Crowdstack operations reviews and approves your supplier payable.
3. An approved business-payment provider executes the transfer to your registered payout destination.
4. Provider results reconcile back to your payable record and ledger.

Your earnings move through clear states: estimated, under review, approved, awaiting invoice, payable, queued, processing and paid. Exceptional states include adjusted, rejected, invoice rejected, failed, disputed or reversed through compensating records.

Commercial terms

Crowdstack operates on a principal-and-supplier model:

• Your supplier agreement is with Crowdstack.
• You invoice Crowdstack, not the organiser.
• Crowdstack owes you the approved supplier costs.
• The organiser pays Crowdstack for the managed campaign service.
• Crowdstack earns a margin on the managed promotion service, currently configured at 7.5%.
• Processor, foreign-exchange and payout-provider costs are separately defined and auditable. They are not silently deducted from your earnings.

All financial values use integer minor units plus an ISO currency code. Payment eligibility depends on your verified residence, service location, tax status and provider support, not your nationality.

Support and disputes

Crowdstack operations manages disputes, exceptions and payment reconciliation. If you encounter issues with campaign attribution, closeout adjustments or payment status, contact Crowdstack operations through your promoter dashboard.

Promoter accounts remain free. You pay no subscription fees to participate in the Crowdstack network.
