Overview
As an independent promotion supplier on Crowdstack, you must provide valid payout details to receive payment for approved campaigns. Your earnings are paid to a verified destination in your legal name using licensed business-payment providers.
Crowdstack does not hold your funds. We record the obligation and execute transfers through supported providers once your invoice is approved and your details are verified.
Before you begin
You can only set up payout details if your promoter supplier profile is active. Ensure you have:
- Completed your identity verification.
- Declared your residence and tax-residence country.
- Provided a tax identifier where required.
- Attested to your lawful work authorisation.
- Accepted the current version of the supplier agreement.
Payout eligibility depends on your verified residence, service location and provider support, not your nationality.
Add or update payout details
- Log in to your Crowdstack account.
- Tap Me in the bottom navigation.
- Select Earnings.
- Scroll to the Payout details section.
- Choose your payout method:
- Wise: Enter your Wise identifier (email or tag).
- Bank transfer: Provide your bank account details including account number or IBAN and SWIFT code.
- Other manual method: Provide specific payment instructions if other methods are available to you.
- Enter your account-holder legal name exactly as it appears on official documents.
- Select your registered country and preferred receiving currency.
- Set a payout threshold (the minimum amount required before a payment batch is created).
- Tap Save payout details.
If you update your details, payments are held until Crowdstack Finance verifies the change. This manual review protects the network against fraud.
Rules for payout destinations
To ensure successful payments, your payout destination must meet these requirements:
- Same-name requirement: The account must be in your legal name. Third-party accounts are not permitted.
- No cash or crypto: Payouts are made only to supported business-payment providers. Cash, cryptocurrency and informal transfer methods are not accepted.
- Supported corridors: Payouts are limited to country and currency corridors defined by Crowdstack operations.
How payments work
Once your campaign performance is locked and your invoice is approved (or a self-billing document is accepted), your earnings move to a payable state.
- Crowdstack operations reconciles the payable.
- The finance team creates a payment batch.
- The business-payment provider executes the transfer to your saved destination.
- You receive a notification when the transfer is processed.
You can view payment status in your Earnings history under Payment history. If a transfer fails due to incorrect details, the status updates to failed. You must correct your payout details to receive your funds.
Your Earnings page also shows outstanding approved invoices and your progress towards your set payout threshold.
