Your public page
Your workspace has a public page that showcases your brand to guests. This page displays your upcoming events and door-verified attendance numbers automatically. You can customise the branding and story sections to tell guests what your crew is about.
Only workspace owners and administrators can edit these settings.
Open page settings
- Go to Settings in your workspace navigation.
- Select Public page.
- You will see a preview link to your live page at
crowdstack.app/o/[your-slug].
Update branding images
You can upload a cover image and a square logo to appear on your public profile.
Cover image
- Tap the large Cover image area at the top of the form.
- Select a file from your device (JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF).
- Wait for the upload to complete. The new image will appear immediately.
To remove the cover, click Remove cover after an image has been uploaded.
Logo
- Tap the circular Logo button below the cover image.
- Select a square image file from your device.
- The logo will appear above your workspace name on the public page.
To remove the logo, click Remove logo after an image has been uploaded.
Edit your story
Complete the text fields to describe your brand to potential guests.
- Tagline: A short phrase (up to 160 characters) that appears prominently on your profile. For example: "Bali's home of sunset house music".
- About: A longer description (up to 1,200 characters) explaining the nights you run, the sound, and the crowd.
Add contact links
Connect your social media and website so guests can find you elsewhere.
- Instagram: Enter your handle (e.g.,
@yourcrew). The @ symbol is optional. - Website: Paste the full URL to your external site.
Save changes
Click Save at the bottom of the form to publish your updates. Changes to text and links are instant. Image updates may take a few seconds to process before they appear on your live public page.
