Connecting Telegram gives you a second way to sign in to Crowdstack. It also lets you receive instant notifications about guest arrivals, promoter earnings and campaign updates. You can keep your email login active while using Telegram as a backup or primary method.
Before you start
You need the Telegram app installed on your phone or desktop and an active Telegram account. The process works best on a mobile device where both Crowdstack and Telegram are available.
Connect Telegram for sign-in
- Open Crowdstack and go to Your details.
- Tap the Account tab if it is not already selected.
- Find the Telegram card under Sign-in methods.
- Tap Connect Telegram.
- Telegram will open and ask you to confirm the connection.
- Tap Allow or follow the prompt to link your identity.
- You will return to Crowdstack with a confirmation that Telegram is connected for sign-in.
Once connected, you can sign in by choosing Continue with Telegram on the login screen. Your existing email and password remain valid unless you remove them.
Enable notifications
Signing in with Telegram does not automatically turn on messages. You must complete a second step to receive updates.
- On the Your details page, look at the Telegram card again.
- If you see a button labeled Finish: turn on notifications, tap it.
- Telegram will open a chat with the Crowdstack bot.
- Tap Start in the chat to verify you can receive messages.
- Return to Crowdstack; the card should now show Sign-in + notifications.
If the card shows Sign-in works — notifications are NOT on yet, you have connected your identity but not verified the message channel. Tap Finish: turn on notifications to complete the setup.
Test your connection
After linking, you should verify that messages can reach you.
- Stay on the Your details page.
- Scroll to Notification preferences.
- Ensure Telegram enabled is toggled on.
- Use the Send test option to confirm delivery.
If the test fails, ensure you have started a conversation with the Crowdstack bot in Telegram and that your notification settings allow messages from the bot.
Manage notification settings
You can choose which updates arrive via Telegram.
- On the Your details page, scroll to Notification preferences.
- Select the specific updates you want, such as guest arrivals, finance updates or daily briefings.
- Tap Save.
Disconnect Telegram
If you no longer wish to use Telegram for sign-in or notifications:
- Go to Your details.
- Locate the Telegram card.
- Select the option to disconnect or remove the connection.
- Confirm the action.
Disconnecting does not delete your Crowdstack account. You must have another verified sign-in method, such as email or Google, remaining active to access your workspace.
